Welcome to the 2nd Annual Boot Camp! What can you expect this year? First, brainstorming sessions with focus on a broad array of key business challenges identified over the past two years by workshop attendees. For each specific challenge, break-out teams will discuss critical lessons-learned (good and bad), work together to identify short lists of best practices, and share their findings with the whole group.

Second, attendees will learn about critical new developments from thought leaders relative to timely new topics facing the housing industry. Our speakers include Mark LaLiberte and John Tooley, among others. Topics include advanced factory production, and a new business model being developed for home builders.

You won’t want to miss this opportunity to exchange ideas, explore practical business solutions, and network with a diverse group of true housing leaders like yourselves.
